I am very reluctantly selling my beloved XJR to make way for a new arrival.
I am a mature (5th) owner and owned it since 2015, and I have maintained and improved it regardless of cost and have a file of receipts and old MOT's to prove it. Any corroded fasteners have been replaced with stainless or titanium equivalents and this bike really does look almost brand new.
Briefly it had had de-restricted inlets fitted with an air box mod and ignition advancer.
Red Devil collector box.
Air recirculatory system removed. (parts included with sale)
Recent rear disc, wheel bearings, clutch slave cylinder.
Carb internals renewed.
Valves checked and shimmed.
Billet alternator cover.
Heated grips.
Powder coated wheels, centre stand, rear caliper bracket, torque arm and swing arm.
It is stunningly smooth to ride with smooth torque from 1500rpm making it a doddle in town or better still, motorway.
As I said it is a very reluctant sale so please do not make silly offers as I would rather keep it.
If you want one of these, this is the one you want. You won't find better.
Mileage may increase slightly as I cannot resist riding it.!
