Description
This is my Range Rover Classic. It's the soft dash and although it's not a concourse car it is very clean. I restored another Range Rover 3 years ago to concourse and sold it to Land Rover museum for their classic division. I then used some of the money to buy this one.
I didn't want a concourse car, I just wanted the cleanest one I could find and at the time this was it. It has absolutely no rust anywhere and has never been welded. It has full service history and about a 2 inch thick file of receipts, previous tax discs, MOTs etc.
I would strongly recommend that you come and view for yourself, as I could talk about this car forever!
In short, its extremely clean both inside and out, and also underneath - it looks like it has been wax oiled from new. The engine and drivetrain all work perfectly and the engine is quieter and has more power than my last one, which was completely rebuilt. There are no dents or scratches anywhere although I did have some parts painted to clean it up, basically in places where the lacquer had been rubbed thin by the previous owner being a little too enthusiastic with his polishing. Apart from that it is very original and I haven't 'restored' any parts as I wanted to keep the originality of the car.
Lastly, it came out of the factory with no modifications, and unbelievably for one of these everything works as it should, including the factory air suspension which for me transforms the car from previous models.
I have lots more pictures for anyone serious about buying the car, including all the problem areas and showing it is unrestored. I also have a short video of it starting first time from cold.
MOT til July 2023
Delivery can be arranged in the UK for around £1. 50 per mile but would prefer the buyer to view first and then collect.
This is a very reluctant sale, only selling as I need to free up some space.
I hope all that makes sense and please feel free to ask questions but serious buyers only please as I am incredibly busy at the moment. If you want to get in touch with me it is best to text first and then I will call you back.
