Description
This car was built in 2020/ 21 for a European championship but, apart from one shakedown event, has not been used due to Covid. I see no improvement in the situation in Europe so have decided to sell the car.
The car handled very well, quite neutral with no tendency to sudden oversteer. The engine ran very cool and the oil pressure remained constant at its prescribed setting of 60 psi.
It is road legal with a current V5C in my name and is taxed (free) and insured for the road.

With no modification or tuning, the current 1460cc engine produced 131bhp at 7000rpm with 150nm of torque between 3000 and 6000rpm. I believe that further modification of a cold air box and chromed inlet (5%), better exhaust (3%) and tuning (2%) could bring an extra 13bhp and increasing the compression ratio a further 13 bhp, making a possible 150+bhp !
Equally, the current engine could be easily altered to a short-stroke 1300 or an FIA specification engine could be fitted.
Likewise the all-steel panels could be changed to fibreglass items to save weight.
The basic car is for sale at £11, 750. The spares, trailer and shelter are available to the purchaser by separate negotiation.
