Open to offers as really need this gone
1983 Honda GL500 Silver Wing ready for some Summer Use. You don`t see many left now that are as original and complete as this.
Mot until September, so you can jump on it now and have some fun in the summer, and then would make a great candidate as a restoration project or tidy up as you go along.
Mechanically very good, engine near perfect but cosmetically its starting to show its age a little, nothing serious and nothing that a bit of paint and polish wouldn't put right. Heated Grips, Recent tyres and New downpipes just fitted. Really nice and silky smooth to ride.
Next year it becomes MOT and TAX exempt as it will hit its 40th birthday. With a bit of TLC here and there this can only go skywards in value.
V5 registered in my name, previous MOT documents available and 2 sets of keys.
Mileage may increase as I am having fun on it as we speak - Genuine reason for sale (Suzuki Burgman in the background is a clue) and open to reasonable cash offers to shift it quick.
