So here for sale is my Mustang Shelby GT500 it's a little bit too quick for me it's my dream car and always wanted to own one and now I can say I have but its time to let it go as I just don't get to take it out as much as I'd like to
Here's the details of what's been done to the car
I've just spent £9000 on a full professional respray and had new cats fitted and a supercharger rebuild
The 5. 4 is arguably one of ford's most proven and reliable power plants
Here's the technical details
Upgraded the M112 Eaton Supercharger to
a 2. 3L Ford Racing TVS Supercharger and a
smaller 2. 4" pulley with a ported and
polished elbow (Jan 21)
• Sitting at ~800 bhp at the crank now so
about 700rwhp on a Dynojet
• 55, 000~ miles
• MOT due Nov 22. MOTd on 13 Nov 21 with
no advisories
• 4 keys and 4 fobs (inc new design red flip
fob which I've just had cut and programmed)
• 6 speed manual TR6060 (very good
American gearbox)
• Had a McLeod RXT 1000bhp clutch,
lightweight McLeod flywheel and improved
slave cylinder installed. These clutches are
around £1500 and that doesn't include the
shipping, tax or labour. They are the best onthe market. This cost over £2500 alone.
Custom and remotely dyno tuned by
Venomous Tuning in America (they are the
best in the business for GT500's!)
It is an absolute beast to drive and sounds
amazing! When you open the throttle up, the
roar and supercharger whine takes over!
It is Carfax and HPI clear so no hidden
history. I have also got a fully comprehensive
Marti report which shows all of the details.
for the car down to specific dates and every
optional extra the car had. It was produced
on 27th November 2007 as a 2008 MY and
originally came in gloss black and was 1 of
1600. Interesting, it was not sold from the
dealer until 31st January 2011 so it was
likely a display car for the first 3 years of its
life. I can forward the full report if requested.
I also have a certificate of authenticity from
Shelby America.

Negatives as such are the wheels don't have
tyre pressure sensors in them. I didn't bother
getting new ones and just use a digital push
on gauge or manual pump to check. Set of 4
sensors is around £140.
• Genuine Shelby GT500 floor mats
• BNR high output 200 Amp alternator and
pulley. Stock ones are notoriously bad.
• BPS supercharger idler bracket and 90mm
pulley.
JLT billet oil catch can and hoses
• New power steering pump and pulley
• New drive and auxiliary belts
New idler pulleys and tensioners
• New cats installed
• New NGK TRIX7 spark plugs
• New Bosch battery
• Custom made Shelby engine bay strut
covers
• New oil and filter every year or 5, 000 miles,
whichever is earlier (full oil flush done at the
same time). I use expensive Castrol Edge
Titanium Supercar (Ford GT40 oil).
Calipers have new seals etc and fresh
brake fluid put in
• New Power Stop slotted and grooved rear discs
• Some aftermarket Eibach suspension parts
like roll/ sway bars etc. Red BMR DOM
strengthened lower control arms.
Recently installed 20" Ford Racing FR500
wheels
Recently installed Raxiom Gen 5 tinted LED
sequential tail lights. These look awesome
and cost about £800+ including purchase,
tax, shipping, conversion and wiring in.
Recently installed new clear/ chrome front
indicator lenses with xenon side lights
• Touch screen central computer which looks
Android based. Has all kind of apps and
things on it from music, video, navigation,
document storage etc. I just use it for
Bluetooth music personally on my iPhone.
Has it's own hands free call system built into
it as well. Very good sound system in car as
standard with built-in subwoofer in the trunk.

Boost, Fuel Pressure)

• JLT 123 performance intake (the best)
Upgraded to 54lb injectors and new fuel rail
sensor
• Kenne Bell dual Boost a Pump fuel pump
boosters installed in the trunk (keeps the
fuel system up with bigger supercharger)
• 2008 production year
• 5. 4 V8 supercharged
