She is rare, most 912s were built for the LHD markets of the USA and Europe. She is an original RHD, assembled in South Africa using CKD pack from Germany by Lindsay Saker in Johannesburg.
The Polo Red coachwork is superbly offset by her Fuchs wheels. Get in, a blur of memories, smell the Black leather seating, that five Dial instrument cluster harks back, her original steering wheel, the MPH dial "odo" reads 46, 005 - credible if looking at her condition but a 5-digit display, so I’m not making any claim.
Produced in a time of elegance, stylish lines and easy driving. A true example of German engineering perfection.
