MG Midget 1500 1978 (T)
Inca Yellow, resprayed a while back before we found how much work was needed. Presents well but not perfect up close.
Rostyle wheels (x6) refurbished with new tyres
Rebuilt engine with electronic ignition, new fuel pump / regulator and rebuilt carbs with pancake airfilters
Fresh set of cooling hoses and electric cooling fan
Stainless steel exhaust sounds lovely
Rebuilt brakes with new copper pipes all round & braided hoses
Rebuilt suspension & poly bushes fitted
Any welding required done to a good standard
New crackle finish dash fitted along with new carpet set
Mechanically very good, starts and runs lovely. Jobs left to do are to refit the roof (frame refurbished, vinyl hood in VGC), interior and sort a few minor electrical things.
All bits are there to finish
Owned for the last 10 years, 18 previous owners
Now Tax & MOT exempt. Was MOT'd to drive it home a couple of years ago. Garaged since.
