You can only get excited about this car! Few cars provide such a feeling of pure driving as the first Cooper S. The original was designed in 1959 by Sir Alec Issigonis for the British Motor Corporation (BMC). The model would undergo many further developments and numerous model changes were implemented, but to this day the original model still appeals most to the imagination.
The car that we can offer you on behalf of the owner is one of those. It is even one of the first 200 Cooper S copies built. In May 1964 it came off the production line and was then exported to Sweden, where it was used for various rallies. The car was owned by the same family there for a long time.
The current owner has thoroughly overhauled the cooper, the list below is a summary of what has been adjusted and overhauled. It is an impressive list and that certainly also applies to the experience you get driving this car. The feeling that the Mini gives you when you rush over a roundabout at highly illegal speed is priceless. A unique opportunity to own a piece of automotive history.
