WRCC refurbished the Minor comprehensively 6 months ago for a client that has since decided a sports car is right for them.
When we were offered the chance of bringing her back home to us, we jumped at the chance given her top of the tree condition, so we can offer her to someone that will give her a much deserved forever home.
Exterior wise her old English white paintwork is stunning, has a great shine and is blemish free as can be seen from the pictures & walkaround video.
She has also had new chrome, trims and lights fitted as well as reconditioned wheels and new hubcaps leaving a showroom condition feel to her external appearance.
Obviously she has a new ash frame fitted too.
Interior wise the Traveller has had a full brand new Cherokee red Newton commercials interior fitted, so its in exactly the same order as when she left the works at Cowley when she was new.
To put it simply everything that you can lay a hand on it the cab is new, leaving the cabin a lovely place to be.
The underside has been stripped, checked and repaired and is totally free from rot and is very presentable.
The rear spare wheel compartment and Engine bay are also very clean and have been detailed, with nothing negative to report.
Mechanically the 1098cc Engine is fit and pulls well, her drivetrain is the same.
Suspension wise she is nice and smooth with no knocks or bangs.
Upgrades have been added by us including Servo brake assistance which stop her on a six pence, Alternator and Electronic igntion.
In Summary this is a top condition WRCC refurbishment, which if we were commissioned to carry out to order would come at a higher cost and longer wait.
So if you have always fancied a WRCC Minor this is a rare chance to own one, more quickly and cheaper than a build.
She is a very special Minor Traveller that needs to be viewed to appreciate, viewing is highly recommended.
There is only 2 previous keepers on the logbook, who were man and wife, which is also an added bonus.
WRCC Yorkshire Minor centre is 100 yards from Sowerby Bridge Train Station, Halifax and 10mins from the Halifax / Huddersfield turn off of the M62 (Junction 24, head to Sowerby Bridge on Elland Bypass, HX63LD)
