Jaguar E Type Series 1 2+2
For Restoration.
First registered in the USA in 1967, this Jaguar returned to the UK some years ago, and the car was stripped for restoration.
The bodyshell has had all corrosion cut out and new metal welded in and is now at the point where it needs sanding and painting.
Invoices come with the car to prove some £47000 have been spent to make the shell sound, including a new bonnet. Will need new wheels to complete. Interior is believed to be complete.

The car was then stored for many years and is now a typical barn find. Unfortunately, in the realms of time the engine and gear box have been removed and not been found.
Yes there is more work to be done, but the hard work is out of the way and is now ready for someone to take it on as a project.
All Duties have been paid on the car but it is not registered with the DVLA, so no V5 is available. Documents are available to confirm Any tax and Duties are paid, and that the car is cleared to be registered in the UK.
