This is a very rare, UK-supplied 1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo Manual, and an increasingly hard-to-find example in today’s market.
The car was purchased a number of years ago by our Managing Director and had been dry stored for many years prior to acquisition. We hold photographs on file showing the car in its storage location, along with images taken as it was removed from the garage after its long period of slumber, providing strong provenance and insight into its history.
In recent years, the car has undergone significant recommissioning work, including a complete respray carried out within the last couple of years. It was subsequently entrusted to a 300ZX specialist, who carried out over £2, 000 worth of mechanical work, including the fitment of a new cambelt just over a year ago, ensuring the car was set up correctly and running as it should. There are numerous photographs on file documenting the recommissioning programme.
Further recent work includes the fitment of all new tyres, along with professionally refurbished wheels, enhancing both the appearance and driving experience.
While there are a number of automatic variants available on the market, a UK-supplied Twin Turbo manual is a very different proposition and is exceptionally rare. This example is not perfect, but with top-tier UK cars now achieving around £25, 000, it represents a usable and enjoyable example, with clear scope to be taken to the next level over time.
The car will be supplied with a fresh service and a new 12-month MOT prior to sale. It is currently stored at our Managing Director’s residence as part of his personal collection.
