If there are any legendary cars to be mentioned, the Porsche 911 is clearly one of them!
Launched on the market in 1963, this sublime model has never died and certainly never will... Timeless styling, several generations, racing successes, luxury mixed with sportiness - there's no shortage of praise for the Porsche 911. We all have a reason to appreciate this model through its generations or its configurations.
However, in the mid-70s, a number of factors cast doubt on its continuity. The oil crisis led to a drop in sales, as did its 'replacements': the Porsche 924, which sold very well, and the 928, which was originally intended to replace the 911.
However, Porsche customers made it clear that the momentum (and the myth) of the 911 had to be maintained, which Porsche happily did in the end. This relaunch of the model is considered by the arrival of the famous and fabulous 3. 2l, launched on the market in 1983, that is to say 20 years after the beginnings of the 911... It will be replaced in 1988 by the 911 type 964. NYC's/ OXOTO offers you for sale this beautiful 100% original white car, black leather interior, with less than 146. 000 original kms (we have a very good traceability of the life of this Porsche). Delivered new in February 1985 in Germany (Dusseldorf region), it became Belgian in 2010 (just under 133, 000 km) when its sole Belgian owner purchased it. We still have the Belgian registration certificate dated August 2010.
The bodywork looks really good, with a tiny paint defect on the bonnet, but otherwise it's impeccable and really very sound (see photos taken on the deck), with no corrosion in sensitive areas and not the slightest scratch or dent.
The soft top is just as good, with absolutely nothing to say. We also have the soft-top cover, also in perfect condition, which finishes the car off very well when it's uncovered.
As far as the interior is concerned, it looks really good: the seats are in very good condition, and the dashboard, door panels, roof lining and carpets are just as well preserved. The buttons work (windows, headlights, ventilation, etc.). There's nothing to worry about either.
As for the mechanics, we have an excellent record of maintenance, including the original service booklet. We can therefore be sure that it has been well looked after. What's more, a lot of recent work has been carried out to ensure that the car is sold in perfect order: gearbox overhaul, new clutch, major servicing - nothing has been spared! It also has 4 new tyres.
The latest MOT report (May 2024 - 144, 986 km) makes no mention of any technical issues with the car.
It has a number of great options, including Fuchs wheels, a windscreen and electric windows.
In addition to its service book, we have the binder with the period manuals, the duplicate keys (original) and the COC for possible export.
We also have an appraisal report from 2011 which confirmed the excellent condition of this Porsche (photos of the report on our website). Since then, it has always been superbly well preserved. A lift is available on our premises to show you the underside of the vehicle.
