1934 3 1/ 2 Litre Derby Bentley 2 door Coupe
Coachwork by Trupp & Maberley. Chassis number B96BN. This is one of only two of this design built and believed to be the only one remaining. The coachwork is finished in black over dove grey with a tan leather interior. It has benefitted from new carpets and West of England cloth headlining. This lovely motorcar has had an interesting history being formally owned by speed world record holder Donald Campbell. Recently it appeared as Crowley's Bentley in the hit television series Good Omens on Amazon Prime. It has lived with its present owner for the last sixteen years and much loved judging by the amount of invoices for maintenance in the history file. I have to admit that it is one of the most attractive Derbys that I have ever seen with its highly detailed flowing wing line, rear mounted spare wheel, exterior mounted suitcase rack and a pillar mounted sign post light. Very evocative of the period.
