This was Jaguar’s flagship saloon of the era — a Series I XJ powered by the marques smooth and silent 5. 3-litre V12 engine, paired with an automatic gearbox and rear-wheel drive. Combining elegance, refinement and long-distance comfort, the XJ12 delivered everything expected of a gentleman’s express.
This particular car has a history file dating back to 1990 and has clearly been looked after. The XJ12 has around 103, 000 miles and 9 previous keepers from new.
