Description
Replica, Ford GT40 from the builder GTD. It’s a genuine GTD and not a fake like most of what circulates to create fake papers… this car carries its FFVE certificate as well as its French registration document, a collectible in full compliance and fully verifiable.
- This GT40 has been completely rebuilt. It also has a three-panel passport issued by FFSA; it is eligible for several championships in France and can also do Le Tour Auto.
- The cockpit has been redesigned to accommodate a tall person (1. 90 m) without having to put the bubble on top of the door.
- 4 QA1 shock absorbers
- The engine is completely new, run-in on a dyno. Engine. Proof provided. Afterwards, the car was run on a dyno roller as well. The engine has around one hour of use to date. The car develops 420 hp and 550 Nm of torque.

- New gearbox purchased in England from GT Racing; it’s an Audi 01E box that has been internally prepared with a Quaife limited-slip differential. All adaptations done to the book. The gearbox can withstand a lot of torque, allowing for smooth running.
- The exhausts are bespoke with cross-Flow. There are two options: install silencers or install direct tubes to reproduce the original sound… neighbours are always very happy… it’s quick to switch thanks to the V-band.
- All cooling hoses have been replaced, high-flow electric water pump. A 19-row oil cooler radiator has also been installed, balancing water and oil temperatures. The car never overheats.
- Tillet carbon bucket seats to FIA standards, FIA harness, fire-suppression system installed inside as in the engine bay as well, FIA compliant. Cut-off switch, interior, exterior. Rain light.
- Installation of a six-point roll cage inside, FFSA homologated.

A huge amount of work has been carried out on the car to maximise the capabilities of this GT40… a big track toy and very enjoyable for lively drives.
