Autostorico is delighted to offer this exceptional 1986 Mini 1275 MKII Bespoke Roadster, a left-hand drive example finished in elegant Sea Blue with a beautifully appointed Black leather interior. Originally supplied to Milan, Italy, this car was acquired by its current owner a passionate and knowledgeable collector in 2004. For over a decade, it enjoyed life at his residence in the South of France, returning to the UK annually for servicing and maintenance.
In 2015, the Mini underwent a comprehensive, no-expense-spared restoration, carried out to an exceptional standard. The works included the installation of a freshly built, tuned 1275cc engine featuring twin SU carburettors, along with a complete suspension rebuild, new wiring loom, brake system overhaul, and the addition of a lightweight aluminium radiator with electric cooling fan. A Cherry Bomb exhaust system and new tonneau cover complete the package, delivering a wonderfully balanced blend of refinement and spirited performance.
Presented in superb condition throughout, this charming Mini is accompanied by a comprehensive history file containing numerous invoices, a current V5 registration document, and will be supplied with a fresh MOT at the point of sale.
