1959 TRIUMPH TR3A
Imported from the USA in 2004 a full body off restoration was carried out over a 8 year period which included blasting and painting the chassis rebuilding to RHD with a rack and pinion steering, stainless steel exhaust and 4 branch manifold. A fully detailed account of all the work is with the car in the history file. Finished in Triumph Powder Blue with a Works Hardtop dark blue leather seats, a dark blue soft top and side screens. The car also has a VERY RARE ORIGINAL SEAT.
Other equipment includes Aero Screens, Tonneau Cover, Hood Frame Cover, Boot Rack, Map Reading Lamp, 2 set of horns (duo tone and air horns), Haldo Special Pilot, 2 sets of seat belts, period Swedish set plus full race harness set. P700 headlamps twin marchal spot lamp and a VERY RARE MARCHAL Rally roof lamp. The car has a very interesting history from winning awards and competing in the Monte-Carlo Historic Rally twice. The most notable being "The car of the year award" at the international Triumph Car Rally in 2014 beating 600 other cars. A very special car ready to show or take on a rally.
