Description
This Standard 12 hp with Salmons Tickford Cabriolet coachwork is a very, very rare vehicle.
A report letter from the Standard Motor Company in 1993 (within the paper work) states '... there are very few four door cabriolet models of any make and bodywork, and the few that there are command a high premium over their saloon counterparts. This is deemed to be one of the most professionally built examples with a fine pedigree.'
The classic is selling as a project.
It runs and drives and the hood in fully operational.
The current V5 document is present with only 4 former keepers registered.
There's some older style V5 documents and also a Buff Logbook within the paper work.
The Buff Logbook has lots of licencing stamps and a record of early ownership history.
Also within the paper work is an instruction manual and literature.
