Description
This Renault 5 Turbo 1 was part of the Scuderia Astigiana Corse and Draghi Rossi Racing Team. It competed in the Italian Championship and in events such as Rally Città d'Asti, Rally Città di Torino, and the Rally 333 Minuti. The car features Group 4 specification with a roughly 270 HP engine. This Maxi Turbo has been fully restored in 2014 by Gilles Ciamin (the world’s leading expert in Renault 5 restorations), and after the restoration the car has been used in various classic car events including the Concorso d’Eleganza Poltu Quatu Classic 2023 and the Historic Rally Costa Smeralda 2025.
