This wonderful and rare Alfasud 1. 5 Valentino was delivered new in the Netherlands. The car presents exactly as it left the factory 44 years ago, featuring the special Bronzo Valentino AR 848 body colour, gold-painted wheels, black roof panel, special striping, and the distinctive Valentino interior with ‘bronze’ coloured carpeting and black velour seat upholstery. The seats are also finished with special piping. The “by Valentino” is a rare and special edition styled by the legendary fashion designer Valentino. Only 3, 989 examples were built, most with the 1. 2 engine (Italian market), and only a few fitted with the 1. 3 or 1. 5-litre engine for selected export markets such as the Netherlands. All Valentino models were equipped with a 5-speed gearbox. This wonderful example is in excellent condition. The exterior was perfectly repainted in the past, and the original interior remains in near‑pristine condition. The odometer currently reads 06, 836 km, indicating that it has passed the 99, 999 mark once and that the car has covered 106, 836 kilometres from new.
