The T represented the final and most advanced evolution of Ferraris mid-engined Mondial range. Its designation referred to the re-engineered drivetrain layout which, featured a longitudinally mounted engine paired with a transversely positioned transmission. This configuration went on to define Ferraris mid-engined V8 models for years to come. The revised layout significantly lowered the engine position compared to earlier Mondials, delivering markedly improved balance and handling. Performance was equally impressive, with the Mondial T capable of sprinting from 0-60mph in just 5. 6 seconds. Supplied new in January 1990 by Maranello Concessionaires, this Ferrari Mondial T is believed to be one of just 53 right hand drive examples originally delivered to the UK. Registered to a private owner in Berkshire and has been carefully maintained throughout its life by Ferrari main dealers and respected marque specialists. The history file includes a fully stamped service book supported by invoices. A documented full repaint was carried out in 2006, with accompanying photographs. For over a decade, the previous owner entrusted the car to a motorsport specialist, who confirms in writing that it was maintained to the highest standards using genuine Ferrari and OE specialist components. During this period, minor restoration bodywork was also completed. Notable mechanical work includes servicing in 2019, during which the timing belt, gaskets, oil, spark plugs and handbrake adjustment were carried out. More recently, the car received a comprehensive service in June 2025, including all oils, filters and associated gaskets.
