The 1965 Ford Mustang GT Luxury Convertible features a convertible body painted in Rangoon Red with a white convertible roof and white stripes. The Pony interior is red, equipped with bucket seats with centre console. GT indicators are present, including front disc brakes, an oversized master cylinder, U-shaped dual exhaust reinforcements, a separate switch for fog lights on the dashboard, a brake line attachment, dual exhaust support reinforcements, wiring holes for fog lights and a 3/ 16-inch anti-roll bar. The steering uses a correctly coded high-ratio gearbox. The engine is a 289 cubic-inch V8 (code A) with a 4-barrel carburettor, enhanced by an aluminium cylinder head and Edelbrock carburettor. The transmission is a Toploader 4-speed manual gearbox. The exhaust is dual. The tyres are white-wall radial type. The convertible roof is electric, new with rear glass window, accompanied by a new cover. The windscreen and its seal have been replaced; the other original glass is in excellent condition without cracks. The front and rear chrome bumpers are in very good condition with minor imperfections. The front and rear door panels are excellent on both sides. The carpet is extremely clean. The driver's seat shows slight wear whilst the passenger seat is immaculate; the rear of the seat looks like new. Front and rear seatbelts present. The dashboard pad was previously replaced. The steering wheel, console, dashboard and gauges are original. The boot is immaculate and rust-free, containing a boot mat, spare wheel and its cover. The solid chassis, previously detailed, is rust-free. The front and rear floors and interior sills are in excellent condition without rot. All internal lower quarters are immaculate. All exterior lights function. All gauges, horn, wipers, radio and heating blower operate correctly.
