Lovely 1500 beetle (Harvey) just flown through MOT, hen I bought this 2 years ago the seller had a hobby restoring minis, he decided to try his hand at a beetle and replaced from the footwell down, fitted unique running boards, bare metal respray, took all the engine apart and refurbished it. Unfortunately his work commitments ment that he couldn't finish it, I've had all the electrics reconnected, put empi 8 alloys and new tyres on and given him a little TLC.
I have the original service book and toolkit, the service book is stamped every 3000 miles upto 96000 miles this was in 1990, today he has just done over 113500 miles, just 17000 miles in the past 23 years. He's an excellent runner, starts first time every time, the bodywork is solid, the only fault is the carpets (house carpet) but new ones can be picked up for £100 or so, and the paintwork has a mottled effect, this is only noticeable up close and to be honest because its all over it looks like its purposely done,
Only selling as I have a 5 year old and a 4 month old baby, I'll never get to drive him. Priced to sell
