This is Pebbles (see flooring for reason)-
Pebbles is a 1972 Bay Window Westfalia Camper van, Campmobile 70, she is a Classic 4 Berth, Double Rock N Roll Bed and pop top roof with double bed, LHD, Servo Assisted Disc Brakes, USA import (Been here 7 years - Paperwork Shows it was imported by Karmann Konnection in late 2007 and it came from the State of Washington, it was re-commissioned in the UK in 2009 and UK Registered in May 2009 - it has only done around 4000 miles since arriving!
She has a Very solid Chassis, The 1700cc engine was replaced in November 2010 @ Circa 97000 miles, Speedo now showing 99500 miles so only done 2500 miles, Weber progressive carb, Lots of new mechanical bits over the years,
There is new MOT to August 2015, Taxed (its free).
Orange Paintwork with a couple of rusty bits but not bad, the worst bit is the rear off side corner and possibly the passenger door - there are other bits of rust showing but its honest - what you see is hat you get, othing has been covered up! The chassis is rock solid.
Interior trimmed and pop top roof by Delux VW Interiors at vast expense.. the wooden cabinets - particularly the cool box are showing their age!
In August 2013 it was fully serviced and has hardly done any miles since, I have however just done an Oil and filter change, In April 2011 it had 4 new ball joints fitted to the front suspension
This is a bus you can jump in and use or a repaint and tidy up would increase its value massively - I have lots of photos taken today that I can send you.
