Welcome to my advert for a 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet in a very rare Stone Grey with excellent Black Leather interior, having covered just 93, 300 miles in 31 years.
For something that is 31 years old, it is in very good condition. It has the odd chip and touch up here and there, but it still turns heads. The engine is superb, pulls well and sounds brilliant.
This car was subject to a restoration / respray back in 2015 hence the reason it looks so good.
MOT runs till 11/ 7/ 2018
During March of this year the car had a full service, new clutch as well as a full gear box rebuild (costing £2, 500) - it drives superb as already mentioned.
Bad points
Hood is slightly out of alignment, cannot be noticed when fully closed or fully open, you need to slightly move hood to left when locking in to close (you may not have noticed if I hadn't have mentioned it, but i'd rather be honest)
Few stone chips as well as some touch ups
Electric mirrors not functioning (need to operate manually)
All in all this is a great example and is a quickly appreciating car, if things go well as they have the past few years you could buy this today, have some fun in it and sell it for a profit in 12 months time.
I'm not greedy, you see these around for upwards of £40, 000 and some for even £60, 000+
