Suzuki Swift Gti 1991 (J) For sale is my Suzuki swift gti which I have owned since 2004. It has been modified for track only use but life has forced its sale and seen it in dry storage for the last 7 years. Below I have detailed every change or part that the car has. I have also detailed any spares I have, the price reflects the rarity of the car and the sheer amount of time and money spent to date. Engine • Bottom End Fully blueprinted using standard pistons, rods and crank Scraper Lightened single crank pulley (no power steering) Lightened and balanced flywheel from Ruud Visser Engineering New water pump New oil pump ARP head studs Block Guard – pressed into the water jacket to increase strength and stops the liners from moving at all. ARP flywheel bolts machined to fit. • Top End Ported 0. 5mm oversized valves Intake has 3 angle, Exhaust has been radiused, Viton valve stem seals Brass guides Catcams - the details below°/ 278° - 238°/ 238° - 11. 20mm/ 11. 20mm - 2. 35mm/ 2. 30mm With matching springs Catcams Vernier’s Genuine Suzuki cambelt Iridium plugs Magnacore kv85 HT leads Genuine Suzuki head gasket Port matched inlet manifold 60mm TB Hks mushrrom filter • Ignition Adaptronic e420c ecu Map sensor, air temp sensor, tps Custom loom from ruud visser engineering Genuine Suzuki bearings and seals throughout the engine when rebuilt by JP Schnoobrood of jnl racing well known in the VW/ AUDI scene. • Cooling Audi 80 Radiator (twice the size of original) requires mounting to be finished matching expansion bottle, new thermostat and switches and custom fan • Exhaust Jan speed exhaust manifold, earlier type not like the newer press bent types, heat wrapped. Unknown brand of exhaust all the way through no silencers apart from rear box, 2” from manifold 02 sensor bung installed • Mounts Polyflex polyurethane rear engine mount Solid gearbox mount and front engine mount • Gearbox Rebuilt with new bearings and seals by hardy engineering (leatherhead) Gripper differential Adjustable gear linkage to reduce throw Standard drive shafts • Suspension Koni Adjustable dampers (requires removal to adjust) Apex springs Polybushed throughout Front under brace imported from Canada connects all four mounting points Omp strut braces front and rear Rear tow arms replaced with solid with rose jointed ends Camber bolts in front struts Custom anti roll bars front rear • Fuelling Small fuel tank in rear Swirl pot system, plumbed in New pumps and lines 315cc injectors Custom fuel rail Adjustable fuel regulator • Brakes Standard callipers Tarox 20 groove front discs Unknown pads fitted Stainless steel lines all round Mintex discs and pads on rear • Body Needs a respray and some minor tlc Undersealed in problem areas, seals etc Omp 6 point roll cage Suzukisport brake ducts Minor rust spots underneath, very solid body Would benefit front a new front crash panel see pictures • Interior Completed stripped Dash modified to fit roll cage Heater matrix removed Electric fan heater for windscreen Momo steering wheel with rare Suzuki horn Original gear knob Oil temp/ pressure gauge to be fitted Vacuum gauge to be fitted 2 x cobra Monaco bucket seats, only driver’s seat fitted Painted red Battery located to passage foot well • Spares Brand new rear solid tie bars, ones fitted have worn ends Brand new oil catch can Box full of spare bolts and nuts etc Seat belt harness 3 point Oil take off sandwich plate, Oil cooler Started motor Alternator Original ecu Side light (passenger) There are 4 x tsw alloys 14” and also 2 original steel wheels Genuine Suzuki works manual Various aftermarket hoses Original rear view mirror Red top 20 battery Fog light The engine has been run for no more than 30 minutes when built and will require a decent run in period I will also supply 4 litre of motul 300v and I also have motul rbf brake fluid which I will throw in.
