Peugeot 205 Mardi Gras 1. 8 Diesel
This appreciating retro classic is in fantastic condition with only a couple of cosmetic issues to be addressed. It is presented in the best colour Peugeot did, a Gunmetal Grey and its 1. 8 diesel engine seems to go on forever.
The car has only had 3 previous owners who have obviously looked after the little pug with love and care. These cars are really starting to move up in the money and could be a clever investment for someone or a daily car.
The car has just sailed through its MOT so comes with a 10 MOT certificate; it has new tyres and a bumper refurbishment. The little classic starts first time every time and the previous owner has spent over £1, 300 over the last year or so, keeping it in its exceptional condition.
I hve recently aquired a perfect set of 205 GTI black alloy wheels which sets the car off brilliantly.
There is some slight cosmetic damage on the rear drivers side which would need doing to make the car perfect.
According to a specialist website there are only 143 of these cars still on the UK roads (- details above)
The car has covered an average of just over 8, 000 miles a year since rolling off the production line in 1994, and the diesel engine still seems as strong as ever with 185, 000 miles on the clock.
The interior is all original, clean and tidy. The fan blower stopped working a week ago but this could be a simple fix. The car comes with front electric windows and a detachable sun roof which is very cool.
Great reliable little car that will only appreciate in value. I am about to advertise thise on E Bay soon but rather the little pug went to an owner who will appreciate her heritage and keep her in her origional fantastic condition.
