This alpha was imported from Texas, America in 1991. Once arrived in the Netherlands the car was completely restored and repainted in the original color. This restoration is fully documented, and the car has a Dutch license plate.
The Alfa Romeo 2000 GT Veloce (also known as 2000 GTV) was introduced in 1971 with 2000 Berlina sedan and 2000 Spider. The content of the engine was increased to 1962 cc. The engine produced 132 hp (97 kW, 130 hp) at 5, 500 rpm with the SPICA fuel injection, which had only been converted for the US and Canadian markets, with carburetors being held for other markets that were officially producing the same force. The interior trim was also changed, with the most striking differences being the introduction of an individual instrument panel, instead of the meters in dashboards in the dashboard were set.
