Unique opportunity to own a pretty and very useable early and rare Spitfire 4 (mk1), This original rhd Spitfire was built in Feb 1963 and left the factory in rare Phantom Grey with red trim. The car was subject to a colour change in the early eighties to signal red with black trim. The car now has a later 1300 engine with overdrive and sounds very sweet and drives well with no mechanical issues. The spitfire will be sold with the Heritage Certificate and Handbook and its original number plate (Valued at £2800). Soft top looks new but is rarely used/ No Hardtop. This car also has had an alternator conversion and has an additional electric fan fitted (Although i have know idea why as i have never felt the need to use it.) I have had some fun and need something bigger, a joy to maintain and charming, grab some fun summer motoring in what is now becoming an increasingly rare British sporting icon.
