Hello, ATPP is offering for sale this superb Citroën 2cv6 which has been completely restored by a professional (11K€ of invoices) in the 2CV CHIC style. It is important to know that this is neither an authentic car nor a replica, as the 2cv Chic has never existed at Citroën. In fact, in the 70's, Citroën, wanting to boost sales, hired a stylist, Serge Gévin, to design special 2cvs for them.
In 76, the Spot was launched, followed by the 1st generation Charleston, the Cocorico for the football World Cup, the Perrier, the Dolly, the Bascket, the France 3, the 007 for the film about Her Majesty's secret agent, etc. But the Chic was not to be. SG then decided to make one for himself, and 20 years later some enthusiasts of the model, seeing the photos of SG and his Chic proto, decided to remake their 2cv in this way. Since then, seen at numerous events throughout Europe, it has been copied by other collectors and enthusiasts to such an extent that it exists in miniature in 1/ 18 and 1/ 43, although never produced in series.
