Our 1959 MGA 1500 bright red, with a black faux leather interior and a black hood, symbolises automotive freedom, the Thirty Glorious Years, simple and unconstrained motoring pleasure. With its 68 hp from an inline-four engine, this one is lively and the pulls are appealing. At the time, it was clocked at 158 km/ h, a handsome performance for this light and friendly roadster.
This example is in perfect mechanical, interior and exterior condition. Its chrome, hood, and wheels are in excellent condition. The paint has a nice finish and shows no corrosion.
Its timeless lines, a symbol of automotive freedom and elegance, will delight a collector. A car with undeniable charm and easy to maintain.

With 75, 000 miles on the odometer, its engine runs perfectly and the four-speed gearbox operates flawlessly. The engine was rebuilt in 2020, the clutch replaced, the oil pump replaced, crown/ axle oil replaced, the belt replaced and the ignition completely overhauled. Electronic ignition, wire-spoked wheels, side screens, deflectors and tool kit will be supplied with the vehicle.
