THE WOMAN IN THE WHITE HAT
In the summer of 1984, I lived in Paris.
The weather was fine and I was thirty.
Place Vendôme, I saw an EXCALIBUR parked in front of a grand hotel.
This magnificent white and grey car drew me in like a magnet.
Instinctively, and without thinking, I opened the door.
A young woman sitting inside looked at me without being surprised.
She surely thought I was her chauffeur.
To avoid alarming her I said: "I’m sorry, your car is so beautiful."
She fixed me with her large green eyes, then smiled at me, sensing my unease.
She wore a white hat and a very fashionable beige suit.
She was so beautiful...
Many years later, in 2015, I finally realised my dream.
I have the pleasure of owning A 1984 EXCALIBUR ROADSTER ANNIVERSARY SERIES, as beautiful as a nacre pearl.
Let me dream... Perhaps the one of the woman in the white hat.
Only 12 of these ultra-rare machines were built in 1984.

My car is still in its youth since it’s only 42 years old.
Its appearance, both phallic and feminine, moves me with every glance.
Phallic with its long bonnet, Cruella-esque from 101 Dalmatians.

The EXCALIBUR ROADSTER ANNIVERSARY SERIES 4 represents to me the quintessence of beauty, nobility, rarity, elegance and sensuality.
