The Ferrari 308 (GTB or GTS) is a 2-seat coupé built between 1975 and 1985.
The early versions with four Webber 40DCNF carburettors and a polyester shell, built in 808 examples, gave way to the steel-bodied models from 1977 to 1985.
The model is representative of the V8 Grand Tourers (Berlinetta), Ferrari’s ‘entry level’; it is based on the Dino architecture and gave rise to a lineage of very spirited sports cars: 348, F355, 360, F430 and 458 later offered in Challenge or Scuderia versions (the so-called ‘light’ version, i. e. lighter and more powerful than the standard road-going version).
