Text of the advertisement:
Some cars were designed to be useful. Others were created to make a statement. The Plymouth Prowler clearly belongs to the second category. With its exposed front wheels, its modern hot-rod proportions and its look of a concept car made real, it embodies a bold and spectacular vision of American automotive culture. Rare, unconventional and instantly recognisable, it does not resemble anything else.
Designed as a contemporary homage to the 1930s American roadsters, the Prowler is a car of passion, style and emotion. It evokes an era when some manufacturers still dared to produce outrageous cars, solely for the pleasure of creating something unique. That is precisely what gives it today such a special place in the collector car landscape.
The example we present today is a 1999 model showing 60, 000 miles. It presents in very good overall condition and retains everything that makes this exceptional model so appealing: a striking visual presence, real rarity on the market and an incomparable personality.
The owner fell for it about 7 years ago and uses it only in good weather for short drives during the year. The servicing, including the timing belt, has recently been carried out at a workshop.
This car benefits from a CarPlay system installed in place of the original radio, while retaining all of its original parts, supplied with the vehicle. An on-board computer also allows display in kilometres and hours, the odometer being in miles. The MOT is, of course, valid.
