Where most of these commercial vehicles originally came with the 850, this one has been fitted with a 1300cc engine, transforming the whole proposition. You’re virtually going from single to double in terms of power, with a smooth, torquey unit that gives this little car a confidence and generosity you wouldn’t expect. The Magic Wand gearbox is there too, true to the spirit of the time.
Inside, a beautiful green upholstery has been custom-made, in a soft, elegant shade that works perfectly alongside the white of the bodywork. The unique central speedometer from the early years is in place, the original Bakelite steering wheel is there, and a water temperature gauge has been discreetly added, so you can drive with peace of mind without compromising the authenticity of the overall look.
