BODY / PAINTWORK
- Bodywork restored to the highest standards by a specialist: 3 floor pans + 2 sill sections + boot floors + complete rear section + half windscreen surround + repairs under the roof line + 2 rear wheel arches.
- All 4 wings are new as is the complete bumper set and windscreen.
- Paintwork completely redone with superb gloss, a few minor surface imperfections inherent to this type of car, but no corrosion whatsoever
- Lateral, front and rear "chequered" decals optionally removable
ENGINE / GEARBOX
- 602 cc engine completely stripped down and rebuilt by 2CV enthusiasts from the 2CV CLUB DE SOLOGNE (this engine came from the second prize in the raffle at the annual NATIONALE 2CV 2026 gathering)
- Twin-choke carburettor completely overhauled (perfect idle)
- Complete new electronic ignition system
- Gearbox checked, clutch replaced, all gears engage perfectly
- New breather and complete new exhaust system
- New battery, fitted with battery isolator switch
INTERIOR
- Both front seats and rear bench completely refurbished with repainted frames, all springs, foam and frames replaced.
- New rear seatbelts, front ones cleaned + new felt trim + new dashboard trim panels
- New hood with interior opening mechanism
- 4 door panels, new rubber floor mats for rear + full fitted carpet throughout interior (including boot floor)
- New steering column lock (2 keys) + 3 barrel locks replaced
MISCELLANEOUS
- The vehicle was awarded a prize among 340 vehicles present at WOOD COXERRE (89) on Sunday 13/ 09
