We are delighted to present for sale this smart Series 3, in popular Deep Bronze Green. On the outside, there are many period features, such as the yellow mudflaps (now an item that cannot be bought), bonnet mounted spare, rear grab handles, front lamp guards and rear step for passenger access. Some modern features have been added such as a tow pack, defender mirrors for better visibility whilst driving and free wheeling hubs to improve fuel economy and limit axle wear.
The interior houses three deluxe seats to the front, and twin benches to the rear. Deluxe matting is fitted throughout with a load mat in the rear space. There is also deluxe trim covering the firewall to improve sound-deadening, which is a nice feature. Side windows have been cut into the hard-top which gives the cabin a light and airy feel, rather like a Station Wagon and enables for 7 passengers including the driver.
Out on the road, the quiet petrol engine drives well and she stops just as she should. The vehicle gives a pleasing period driving experience.
