For sale on behalf of local client, this lovely bright red XR3i which has only covered a genuine 58607 miles and 4 owners from new.
Bodywork
The Escort is relatively rust free and we are advised that the previous owner carried some restoration work out several years ago. The bodywork is very clean and polishes up well with only a few minor age related marks.
Interior
The cabin is in good condition with no areas of damage and just age related wear and tear to the upper seating surfaces. The XR3I benefits from an more up to date radio unit and all gauges and switches appear to work as they should, including a very good heater.
Mechanicals
Its clear from the moment you turn the key that the Escort has been very well maintained. The engine runs superbly and the car really does perform excellent. The gearbox, brakes and suspension are also in good shape.
History
We have a good paperwork file showing old MOT’s, service invoices, parts receipts and other documents. We also have the factory service books stamped up to 38370 miles, including an RAC inspection certificate.
