Eric had also been very successful with his wife in business and enjoyed life to the full at their luxurious family home in Agua Dulce (Sweet Water) California, a beautiful area of rolling hills with equally lovely homes with fabulous views and of course a perfect climate. It was clear from other expensive toys parked at the house that the family enjoyed the best in life and this philosophy was applied quite definitely to this restoration and supported by a history file with over $51, 000 spent on the work and parts alone.
