We are delighted to present for sale this previously rebuilt military 90, complete with Galvanised Bulkhead. This is a high-specification rebuild, complete with bonnet mounted spare, door mounted wing-mirrors, military screw lenses, recent canvas, black wheel arches, rear bumperettes and 750 military style tyres. This gives a very ‘military’ look and a towball with 12v electrics has been fitted to allow towing – a handy modern addition. The bodywork is of the standard that one expects of an original military 90, and is in keeping with the price point and the age of the vehicle.
This stock feel continues on the inside – there are two outer deluxe seats, with a central cubby box for storage, which also has cupholders. The original convoy switch still is fitted to the centre of the dashboard. Deluxe matting is fitted to the footwells, with a deluxe transmission tunnel cover fitted also. The rear is unfitted, but could house bench seats to make this a 6 seater vehicle for £295.
Out on the road, this 90 drives as well as the best of them, due to both the rebuild and the generally light use in the military – and with the added bonus of an unwelded chassis (almost never seen at this age!) and a galvanised bulkhead to warn away corrosion, it should stand the test of time.
In summary then, if you are looking for a rebuilt 90 with a soft-top that is useful for all weathers, then this could be for you. With military looks and galvanised bulkhead, it should prove to be a solid investment for the future and should also stand the test of time.
