Yamaha TR1 with matched Watsonian Monaco sidecar.
This TR1 1000cc V Twin from 1982 is quite a rare bike as they were never popular when new. An ideal bike none the less, for pulling a sidecar.
The outfit is in good condition for its age, the biggest negative being that the sidecar colour is showing signs of crazing and there are scratches on the mudguard.
The previous owner has looked after the bike meticulously and logged absolutely everything that he done to the bike.
10 months MOT remaining and next year becomes “historic”, so no more tax!!!
I recently purchased this bike (my first Jap bike) with the intention of using it on VMCC runs, but have quickly realised that I don’t feel safe riding a bike and sidecar, so am going for something else instead.
