this vehicle has been sympathetically restored to as new condition, with new genuine parts used through out.
every part clip bolt and pipe has been removed and either re-furbished or replaced.
shell has been rubbed down by hand and still wears the original wings. This car spent a lot of its life in spain (uk original car) so there was no rust to overcome, purely age related wear and weathering.
the engine has also been completely re built from the bottom up with genuine ford parts and covered just 2, 100 miles since its rebuild.
in addition to the exceptional original specification this car has a great set of additions which are included:
new ford fuel tank
refurbished carb
brand new set of gaz gold coilovers (never fitted)
iconic xr2 alloy wheels with new tyres. (never fitted)
upgraded front brake discs and pads
during the restoration this vehicle was adorned with additional dynamat sound proofing under the carpet and roof liner. A full detailed build journey is included with the car showing images of every stage of the re commissioning and a great service history for the vehicles life is also available to interested parties.
