Peugeot Bebe’ BP1
Offered for sale my 1912 Peugeot Bebe’ BP1 .
Due to other pressing projects , I have decided to part with my Peugeot Bebe’ , these delightful cars were designed by Ettore’ Bugatti for Peugeot and were a success for both companies, helping Bugatti to fund the start of his own business and allowing Peugeot to break into the lucrative small car market .
My car was found in a derelict state in France, (photos on file as found), and although the car was complete , it was missing its coachwork.
The chassis has been restored , along with the engine , running gear and wheels, and a new body created in aluminium over an ash frame, the fuel tank is beautifully crafted in copper.
Now requiring finishing and interior , this Bebe’ offers a great chance to own an early Bugatti design , eligible for many light car and vintage events and it doesn’t even require much space to store it!
Complete with a folder detailing its restoration, original chassis plate and a dating certificate from Peugeot .
