A rare & unique opportunity to acquire what must be one of the last remaining Orion Ghia 1. 6 Injection's left in existence today, in very useable, mechanically sound condition finished in Tazman Blue over Grey.
This car has had just 1 OWNER FROM NEW until May 2021 when the car was sold by the family of the original owner & as such now shows 1 former keeper.
The speedometer reads 56, 000 which we believe to be true & it was said that until the car was placed in to storage it was maintained by the original supplying dealer, Hillside Garage Ford Main Dealer in Honiton although all documents including the service book were lost whilst the car was off the road.
Following a period of 15+ years off the road the car has just had a major mechanical overhaul including replacement of the following parts before being presented for an M. O. T test in October 2021 when it passed with just a handful of small advisories which have since been addressed:

There are no invoices for this work as it was carried out by the chap that bought it from the family of the previous owner, however you can see by looking at the parts in question that the work has been done as well as by how well it drives.
For a car of over 30 years old the interior really is in remarkable condition with only a few small cigarette burns, all door cards are excellent as is the headlining.
The bodywork can be described as fair for the age & would warrant a full re-spray, although that said if you want a useable, very rare modern classic car it could still be used in it's current state depending on the standard you want, then this would do just that as it really does drive very well indeed.
Both outer sills have just been replaced, as well as the battery tray & a repair to the N/ S/ R wheel arch & a small area of the N/ S/ F floor pan, therefore those areas of corrosion that Fords of this area suffer with have already been addressed, there is a hole in the spare wheel well that will need to be addressed, although not structural.
We must emphasise that VIEWING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with this car as we appreciate that everyones perception of a 30 plus year old car will be different & as such we would welcome you to come & make up your own mind as to whether it is the car for you. The car can be viewed inside our well lit storage facility anytime.
To put it simply, without wanting to appear abrupt, if you are looking for a concours car for no money then this is definitely not the car for you, however it is very much deserving of being restored to it's former glory or simply use it as it is if you are not bothered about the cosmetics, the worst bits being the bonnet, roof O/ S/ F wing & door.
