Ford Consul Capri, truly stunningly rare car to get your hands on these days.
Just been MOT'd so full 12 months ticket, flew through MOT with no advisories.
Fully roadworthy, starts, runs and drives very nice, pretty nippy with a 2. 0l 205 block Pinto fitted.
Interior is very tidy, door cards and seats and dash etc look fantastic (not the original seats for one of these, but same period and suit the style of the car, much more comfortable than the originals too). Headlining looks a bit tired.
Battery re located to the boot, heater currently removed, but present. Chrome is presentable but not perfect. Although would be if bumpers etc were re-chromed (or new stainless chrome is readily available through the owners club shop).
Nice paintwork, not perfect, the odd blemish or ripple, gorgeous colour. Underside all been sealed and sprayed body colour, very solid car.
V5 logbook, keys and some paperwork included.
Lots of spares included, heater, boxes of trim, lights, window mechanisms, door furniture etc. Complete set of spare glass, but for one screen.
Overall a very tidy and honest example, and something that you can jump in and use, keep up with modern traffic with ease, very enjoyable car to drive etc.
