Beschreibung
First registered in 1967 this Riley Elf MK3 underwent a full body restoration in 2012/ 13, at which time the cars colour was changed from grey to it’s current, and far more attractive hue of bright red with a gloss black roof. Despite being an older restoration the car still presents very nicely with deep shiny paintwork and consistent shut lines.
The cars style has been further improved with the fitment of period correct group 2 style wheel arch spats painted in gloss black which surround the ubiquitous and ever stylish Dunlop D1 Alloy wheels wrapped in Yokohama Advan tyres.
Internally the car is in very nice condition with black seats and carpets and a classic walnut dashboard.
In 2016 the car received a reconditioned 1100cc engine supplied by classic Mini specialists Jonspeed Racing and the engine still starts readily and pulls with real gusto.
Having covered less than 1000 miles in the last 6 years, the car has remained in very good condition both cosmetically and mechanically and offers a great opportunity for the next owner to buy a great fun little car and a piece of pure English eccentricity.
Before delivery the car will be fully inspected in our workshop, serviced and supplied with a fresh MOT.
