Running a Chevy 283 V8 from a Bell Air mated to a 1939 Ford 3-speed box and a 1940 Ford rear axle
Although the steel body was imported new, the bonnet and radiator cowl are original items
The car is fitted with period 50s headlights and 1940 'juice' brakes along with a drop beam front axle
The interior was finished off with a German quality hide interior and an, as new, mohair hood just in case
This year is the 90th anniversary of the '32 Ford so lots of events are planned to mark the occasion at which it will be welcomed, the main one being ‘Deuce Day’ at Brooklands Museum on Sept 4th
