All of the plastic trims and rubber seals remain in good condition, the lights are free from cracks and moisture ingress, and all of the windows are original and without any stone chips. The underside of the car is also very clean with no structural corrosion or previous poor repairs.
INTERIOR
The interior remains in fantastic condition with no signs of wear or damage to the seats. The dashboard and door cards are also immaculate, as are the steering wheel and gear knob. Everything works exactly as it should including the electric windows and sunroof. The boot area is also really clean with the spare wheel and tools still stowed under the carpet.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
Just benefiting from a full inspection and service the car runs very sweetly. Firing up on the first turn of the key the little engine pulls well providing sprightly performance with a slick gear change. The cambelt and water pump were replaced in 2020 and it also had a new clutch in 2017. Opening the bonnet shows a very tidy and well-kept engine bay, and reading the service history it’s clear to see this example has always been maintained to a high standard.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
The alloy wheels have just returned from a full refurbishment at Lepsons and additionally boast brand new Abarth centre caps and new tyres. The brakes and suspension have all been inspected and everything is as it should be.
HISTORY FILE
The car has just been serviced and inspected in February 2022 and also had the cambelt and water pump replaced in November 2020. The service history is excellent with 19 stamps in the original service book and a raft of invoices detailing all the work which has been done. The original document pack is also supplied with all the owner's manuals and the spare key. The current lady has owned the car for the last 23 years.
