Porsche 924 Lux. 1982.
I bought my Porsche 924 during 2018 with it having last been MoTd 2010. It was placed into long term storage following the MoT and has covered approximately 4 miles since.
It has been my ‘spare time’ project. Currently non runner. In single family ownership prior to me and always garaged. Mileage believed to be correct. Unfortunately, all handbooks were lost during the period it was off road.
However, a fortune has been spent to get it back on the road. All usual service items, plugs, leads, oils, filters etc. Replacement radiator, exhaust, fuel Metering unit rebuild. New injectors. Timing belt kit, rear brakes rebuilt, fuel pump relay, New tyres x 5. Underside cleaned and painted, not with thick under seal. No evidence of previous welding,
Front and rear seats professionally recovered using correct ‘berber’ material bought from Germany.
There has also been a ‘top end’ engine rebuild.

I’ve owned a number of Porsche over the last few years, 996, 944, 924S, 968, 924, Turbos, Targa, Anniversary models, but held onto this one !
I’ve now taken on a house renovation so sadly decided to sell.
Car is Lux spec’, has two tone paint, Porsche embossed door cards, 3 spoke steering wheel, removable roof panel.
