We bought our Silver Shadow II in July 1988, but we no longer use the car very much, so it's time to sell it to someone who will be able to use it more regularly. Built in March 1980, it's one of the last Silver Shadows to be made before the Silver Spirit took over.
During our ownership the car has been used regularly, including on European rallies with the RREC. It's a well-known car thanks to its distinctive yellow paintwork and 1000 RR registration number - which is included in the sale. I'd like to sell the car and registration together if possible, so at this stage I'm not looking to split them.
The Silver Shadow is in superb condition, having been maintained for many years by Rolls-Royce specialist Duane Starman. The car comes with all of the history from our 34 years of ownership and it has wanted for nothing - it has always been maintained on the button.
